How can I change my member role?

Once you’ve created an account you can change your member role only by contacting our support team and include your full name and login, as well as the reason you'd like to change your member role.

Another option is that we can delete your current account if you’d like to create a new account with a different member role. Please note that all of your existing information and stats will not transfer to your new account if you go with this option.
