For clients with a subscription contract: Once we receive and execute your signed contract, we'll create your NetGalley publisher account within three business days. You'll receive an email from us with your login details, and a link to our FAQs on Creating New Titles. As part of your start-up process, our Concierge Team will reach out to schedule a title set-up training session so that your team can become familiarized with NetGalley.
For single-title clients: Once we receive your payment, you'll receive an email from us with instructions for sending us your cover file, content file, and title ISBN. Once you have sent us your information, please allow three full business days before we create your account and the title is ready to go.
