Yes! There are two ways to leave Feedback for archived books:
1) You were able to download the book but it's now archived. Just locate the book in your account and click the Give Feedback button. If you cannot locate the book you want to review then use the Search on your Dashboard or your Shelf. You can search by book title, author, or ISBN and you will be directed to the book, where you can then leave your Feedback.
2) If you were unable to download the book before it was archived, you can use the "Will Not Give Feedback" option in the Feedback section, to let the publisher know the reason you're unable to read and review the book.
Note that any books that have been archived, but not yet downloaded, can be found on the Not Active section of your Shelf, under Archived, Not Downloaded.
