Clearing your cache and refreshing your page will resolve many issues. If you feel that some information is missing from your account, or you're having trouble downloading a book, please follow these steps to clear your cache and try again.
Chrome: Click on the menu icon located on the upper right corner, scroll down to “More tools” and then “Clear browsing data.” Make sure the check-box next to "Cached images and files" is checked and other check-boxes are not checked. Make sure the time range checked is “All time”. Then click on the button labeled "Clear data."
Safari for iOS devices: Go to the Safari dropdown menu, select Preferences. Then choose the Advanced tab, and check “Show Develop menu in menu bar” and close the window. In your menu bar, select Develop, and click Empty Cache.
Firefox: Click on the menu icon located on the upper right corner, select “Options”, then “Privacy & Security.” Once in Privacy & Security, scroll down to “History” and click on “Clear History.” Then be sure the only box checked is Cache, set the time range to Everything, and click the Clear Now button.
Microsoft Edge: Click on the Hub icon (three horizontal lines at the upper right-hand corner) and then click the History icon. Now, click "Clear all history." Then only select "Cookies and saved website data" and "Cached data and files" and click Clear.
Internet Explorer: Open the settings menu (by clicking the gear icon in the top right corner), and select “Internet options.”Here you’ll see “Browsing History, where you can press the button to Delete. Make sure the check-box next to "Temporary Internet Files" is checked. You’ll probably want to uncheck other check-boxes to preserve information you want to keep, such as favorites, cookies, and history. Then click Delete.
