If you tried signing into your NetGalley account and received an error message that your login or password was incorrect it could be because:
1) Your login or password wasn't entered correctly - please check to make sure you are typing them in exactly as you entered them when you created them.
2) NetGalley logins and passwords are case-sensitive so keep this in mind when entering your login information since you will not be able to sign in if either is entered incorrectly. Please note passwords must be between 8-16 characters, and include a number.
*If you are using an iPad/iPhone please make sure the automatic caps feature is not turned on.
3) If this is your first time signing into your account, it could be the case that your account is not yet activated. Please make sure you have received the activation email and clicked on the link provided - this will allow you to activate your account. If you did not receive the activation email then please check your spam folder.
If you are still unable to sign in after verifying the above, you can manually reset your password by clicking Need help signing in?
Then, you will have the option to reset your login and/or password.
