If you don't have an EPUB file available when you create your NetGalley title record, you can still use the PDF for the Kindle option, as you always have.
Keep in mind that EPUB-to-MOBI conversion will provide a better reading experience on Kindle devices; however, we understand that many publishers do not have EPUB files available before publication.
You can always add an EPUB file to the NetGalley title record when one becomes available.
